OneWeb Global Limited, et al.: Home

On March 27, 2020 (the “Petition Date”), OneWeb Global Limited and its affiliates (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. This website provides information about the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases.

On October 2, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order [Docket No. 622] (the “Order”) confirming the Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of OneWeb Global Limited,et al. [Docket No. 588] (as it may be supplemented and/or further amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and the Order, the “Plan”).

On November 20, 2020, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred [Docket No. 686].  Pursuant to the Plan, Meta Advisors, Inc. was appointed as Plan Administrator effective as of the Effective Date of the Plan.

On December 3, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Final Decree Closing Certain of the Chapter 11 Cases, Effective as of November 20, 2020 and Amending Case Caption [Docket No. 700].  The following chapter 11 cases have been closed:
